This is a 3 bedroom with loft and 2.5 bath Camden townhome in the heart of Avon. 2-5 minutes away from restaurants , fast food places, shopping centers,movie theater,grocery stores and gaming center. Convenient access to highways and 25-30 minutes to downtown Indianapolis . Enjoy the neighborhood amenities: Pool,Walking Trails,Courts and Fields. 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, laundry and a loft upstairs, half bath downstairs. This home is clean and well decorated in today's modern homestyle design ready to make you feel at home. This home is close to highway I-465, Airport, Hospital,Grocery stores- Costco, Walmart and Miejer. Restaurants- Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Apple Bees, Red Lobster. Fast foods - McDonald, Chick-fil-a, Sonic Drive-in, Panda Express. Gas stations and places to entertain and socialize.

Pool Pass will be in the the cabinet drawer beside the refrigerator. coffee ,creamer and sugar on the countertop in the kitchen and detergent in the laundry for your convenient. There are 2 parking space in the garage as well as the drive way.
